Therapy (or psychotherapy, sometimes called talk therapy) is the process of working with a licensed therapist or counselor to develop positive thinking and coping skills to treat specific mental health conditions like depression or anxiety, trauma, or simply the daily human challenges we all face.
I personally started therapy in January 2023 and it is one of the best things I've done in my life. You don't know what you don't know . . . so this is essential on becoming aware of how your past traumas have affected your life and most likely still do. My lifelong goal is to not pass down my trauma and most llikely generational issues to my future children and negatively impacting the people in my life. I owe it to God and myself to do everything in my power with God's power to heal those broken pieces.

Do I have to be on camera?
Don't worry . . . you don't have to be on camera.
If you want to join a session and be in your pj's comfortable in bed, that's absolutely fine ☺️
If you want to be on camera, that's great too.
Do I have to prep anything in advance?
It's helpful to watch that week's video so you can at least have some idea of what we will be talking about.
But if you are unable to do so, that's absolutely fine.
This is why we give you 24/7 access to our session outlines so you can review at your own convenience.
Do I have to actively participate?
We understand you may be watching your children or in a setting where you are unable to speak.
So if you want to join to just listen, that is absolutely alright.
But, it's much more fun when everyone chimes in with their own opinions, stories, and input 💟
Do I have to attend every week?
You absolutely do not have to attend every week.
Life happens and we totally understand that.
So please do not feel obligated, shameful, or guilty if you're unable to attend.
But, we will certainly miss you 👯
